Emotion Code
Emotion Code is a healing technique developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson that focuses on identifying and releasing trapped emotions that may be causing physical, emotional, or behavioral issues. An Emotion Code Practitioner, like Karen, is trained to use muscle testing to detect imbalances in the body’s energy system resulting from unresolved emotional experiences. During sessions, Karen works with clients to uncover and release these trapped emotions, aiming to restore balance and promote healing. The method is pain-free and medication-free.

Martin Daignault DOMP, Osteopathic Practitioner
Martin Daignault
Martin has been practicing kinesiology for the past 11 years. After obtaining his kinesiology degree from the University of Montreal, he started working with athletes in a high-performance center. Initially, most of his work was with healthy athletes looking to excel in their sport. Gradually, Martin started seeing more clients dealing with physical pain and became very interested in helping people get back to normal physical activity after an injury.
After growing his practice in rehabilitation and pain management, Martin was looking to learn new skills to help his clients and decided to embark on a 5-year journey to learn Osteopathic Manual Therapy at the Canadian College of Osteopathy in Toronto. He was attracted to osteopathy because of the holistic approach and the philosophy that everything in the body is interconnected. Martin sees osteopathy as a way to remove barriers to health & vitality, and kinesiology as a way to increase functionality and general energy. Martin graduated in 2021 after presenting his research project: Osteopathic Manual Therapy’s Contribution in Treating Chronic Back Pain and Chronic Headaches
He firmly believes everyone has a limitless potential that can be unlocked. Key elements such as growth mindset, intrinsic motivation and a good plan are essential. He’s been putting this belief to the test for the past years by competing in endurance events such as Ironman triathlons, 7-day mountain races and over 20 ultra-marathons ranging from 50-160km. Martin has for mission to help others discovering their true potential so they can reach their own Everest.
When not at work, you can find him running in the Sea-to-Sky mountains, reading books on different topics, working out to classic rock music in his backyard or cooking good meals.
Martin is a practicing member of the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BACK) and a practicing member of BC Osteopathy.

Lucile Denys
As a child, I preferred to memorize the lyrics of the Lion King movie than the multiplication tables. The ‘‘dictée’’ horrified me! However, I wanted to become a teacher. So quite quickly, I was helping my friends with their homework. I saw the usefulness and their pride in understanding. During my university studies in ‘‘special education’’, it was there that I learned how to ‘‘crack the spelling code’’ in French! So today, I show children the learning strategies to succeed.

Victoria Rollit D.O.M.P., B.Sc. (Kin), M.P.K. (Kin)
Victoria’s journey into holistic health and wellness began with her personal experiences, where she witnessed the transformative effects of osteopathy firsthand. From rehabilitating musculoskeletal injuries to managing chronic illness, these experiences ignited a passion that has driven her career. With a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University and a Masters of Professional Kinesiology from the University of Toronto, Victoria built a strong foundation in movement, biomechanics, and exercise physiology. Her extensive experience includes training individuals of all ages and abilities, from children with disabilities and cancer patients to those with complex musculoskeletal injuries. Through this work, she has witnessed firsthand how proper movement patterns can significantly enhance a person’s quality of life. However, during rehabilitation, Victoria observed that symptom flare-ups could disrupt progress, highlighting the need for a hands-on component in her practice. This realization led her to pursue Osteopathic Manual Therapy, aligning with her holistic approach to care. Her Diploma of Osteopathic Manual Practice (D.O.M.P.) deepened her understanding of anatomy, osteopathy principles, and the body’s interconnected systems. Victoria’s holistic approach focuses on identifying and addressing the root causes of discomfort and dysfunction to optimize the body’s function and vitality. Her treatments blend manual therapy, exercises, and home care recommendations, helping clients return to the activities that energize their minds and bodies. Outside of work, you can find Victoria enjoying nature walks, crocheting, or watching reality TV.
